You will also need 2 liter jars, a head of garlic, a bunch of dill, a piece of horseradish root, 2 tablespoons of rock salt and 1 liter of boiling water. Optionally, you can also add horseradish, oak or cherry leaves. You divide all the dry ingredients (except the cucumbers) in half and place them equally in two jars, then put the previously washed cucumbers there. You boil a liter of water and 2 tablespoons of rock salt in a pot, and then cover the previously prepared cucumbers with the finished marinade. In this simple way you get your own homemade pickles.
