After studying in France, I took up employment in an international company producing car parts. However, from day one I knew that I would start my own business one day. The process of "maturing" took a relatively long time - ten years. I missed an idea that would outweigh the scales and make me leave the comfortable office work for my own company. Quite accidentally, in June 2015, I realized that crazy socks have always been my "horse" and that this is what I want to do. Colourful socks are an expression of creativity in a practical subject, which each of us needs in everyday life. After a year of preparation and the accumulation of start-up capital, the long-awaited moment has come. In May 2016 TAKAPARA was officially established - a brand of socks distinguished by their exceptional quality and classic geometric design, broken intense color. Since 2016 a lot has changed, Takapara has been developing more and more every day and I am becoming richer in experience. From the perspective of these few years I can say without hesitation that creating your own brand is an adventure of my life which, I hope, will not end soon. At the same time, I hope that my creativity is only in its infancy and that I will surprise you again and again ;-P.

I had my first contact with TAKAPARA in 2017 and very quickly became a fan of the colourful socks. At the time, I was working for one of the biggest fashion corporations, where posts and numbers mattered most, a constant struggle to increase profit... I was captivated by the story of Luke, who took a risk by leaving a well-paid job and decided to do something of his own, on his own terms and at his own pace. I then thought that I wanted to do the same and that it would be much more fun to work in a local company, to be an asset to this company and not just a "robot" to follow orders without much freedom of action. This is how I initially became a member of the friends of TAKAPAR, I helped Łukasz during trade fairs and photo shoots. And so with small steps, in 2019, I became a full-time employee. I deal with the logistical handling of orders, sales, but also a little bit with all other aspects like deciding on new designs or planning the company's strategy. I finally feel that I have an influence on something and that's great!
